  1. You can cook fries in oven or fry them.
  2. Heat oil and garlic in a pan on medium heat until garlic is golden
  3. When fries are done pour garlic oil over them to coat evenly
  4. Top with parsley and enjoy!
  5. Also good if you top with parm cheese.
