Garlic Chicken And Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
  2. Cook chicken and garlic in the olive oil till lightly browned.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and green onions and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and broccoli and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat to a low simmer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix flour with water until well blended.
  7. Pour flour mixture into chicken sauce and continue to cook while stirring until sauce thickens.
  8. Slowly add butter,sour cream and whipping cream.
  9. Continue to cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions, Drain, and add to sauce.
  12. Remove from heat, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. and serve.
