Gails Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 package. white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggss, water and oil.
  2. Beat well with mixer.
  3. Add poppy seeds.
  4. Pour into 2 greased 5x9x3 inch loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
