Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups cooking oil
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Combine eggs and milk.
2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mix and beat til smooth.
3. if too thick add milk-if too thin add flour.
4. Heat oil to about 360 degrees.
5. pour 1/2 cup of the batter into a funnel and drizzle into the oil. Form a circle with your drizzles.
6. Fry until golden brown.
7. flip and fry the other side just a bit.
8. drain on paper towen and top with powdered sugar to your liking.
