Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and brown sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended
  2. Add eggs, beating well
  3. Stir in melted chocolate, 1 teaspoon vanilla and next 3 ingredients
  4. Pour into tart shell or pie crust
  5. Beat whipped cream at high speed until foamy
  6. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form
  7. Stir in remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. When ready to serve, dollop whipped cream around pie or tart
  9. Makes a 10 inch tart
