Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease six 6 ounce ramekins; set aside.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together butter and cocoa powder till
  4. Well combined.
  5. Stir in sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla.
  6. Stir in pecans.
  7. Place ramekins in a large baking pan.
  8. Divide pudding mixture evenly among the prepared dishes.
  9. Place pan on oven rack; pour hot water into the
  10. Large pan to a depth of 1 inch.
  11. Bake for 45 minutes or till pudding is crusty on top and soft inside.
  12. Serve pudding warm or cooled with whipped. cream.
  13. Garnish with raspberries and shaved chocolate curls.
