Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lbs plum
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the batter, then add the furit and stir to coat
  2. Mould into a greased and bread crumbed pan
  3. Bake inthe top third of the oven at 375 for 25 - 50 minutes depending on the size (half batch or full).
