Ingredients:

  • 650 g flour
  • 300 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 120 g eggs
  • 420 g fruit jam
  • 420 g fruit jam

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Add butter and rest of ingredients.
  3. Place jelly in the center of pastry and roll up.
  4. Bake at 180C or 350F for 10 min on each side.
