Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemons , zest of
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  5. Spoon mixture to form 10 shells; freeze until firm.
  6. Fill shells with fruit just before serving.
