Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemons , rind of, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream , whipped
  • 1 1/2 cups oranges , sections
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas , slices

Directions:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and coconut.
  3. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Freeze.
  5. Before serving, mix the fruit with the marmalade and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Fill the cream cheese shell with the fruit mixture.
