Ingredients:

  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together
  2. Add chips and 1 cup milk , folding evenly
  3. Add last 1/2 cup milk and mix with spoon
  4. Knead dough on floured board for a few min.; mound into round loaf :;score X on top going down sides
  5. Bake 450 degrees for 15 min; then 400 degrees for 30 min.
  6. Serve warm with butter
