Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove base of cauliflower, but leave whole.
  2. Place in 1 1/2 quart glass dish and microwave at high power for 6 minutes per pound.
  3. Let rest covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Season cauliflower.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, salt and mustards.
  6. Microwave 45 seconds - 1 minute.
  7. Spread over cauliflower and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Microwave 1 minute or until cheese melts.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
