Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour in 3 quarts of water Into one very large kettle ( like a lobster pot ) on stove top add onions garlic, seasoning and salt to taste, add sqeezed lemon juice from lemons and throw in the lemon wedges.
  2. Bring to a boil and add potatoes and kielbasa.
  3. Return to a boil, partially cover with lid.
  4. Reduce haet and simmer about 20 minutes.
  5. Add corn, increase heat to medium high and cook covered until corn is tender.
  6. Stir in shrimp, turn off heat and let shrimp cook about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve :
  8. Remove with slotted spoon- drain well , the shrimp, . sausage, veggies and place on platters and drizzle with melted butter and serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side
