Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
  • oil (for deep frying)

Directions:

  1. Wet Mix:.
  2. Mix eggs, Italian salad dressing, flour, creole seasoning and milk in large bowl.
  3. Whisk or beat with blender until well mixed and set aside.
  4. Dry Mix:.
  5. In large zipper type plastic bag combine flour, baking powder and creole seasoning.
  6. Dip peeled shrimp in egg mixture.
  7. Dredge in flour mixture.
  8. Repeat each step.
  9. Heat oil to 360 degrees.
  10. Drop battered and floured shrimp in hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes.
  11. Drain on paper towels.
