Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat peanut oil in wok or other large skillet
  2. Add eggs and scramble for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add pork, sausage, or other cooked meat
  4. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft
  5. Add frozen peas and carrots (can be added straight from the freezer as they will heat up in the wok)
  6. Add rice in two batches, stirring in vegetables, egg and sausage
  7. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce
  8. Stir frequently until rice has a consistent brown color and is heated through
