Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place 4 scoops Ice Cream in a small pan, make sure scoops are not touching one another.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
  3. In a small mixing bowl stir together Eggs and Vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, stir together Corn Flakes and Ground Cinnamon.
  5. Dip each frozen Ice Cream ball into Egg Mixture and then roll them each in Corn Flake Mixture.
  6. Return coated Ice Cream Balls to the freezer and freeze for another hour or until firm.
  7. Remove coated Ice Cream Balls from freezer and repeat dipping process in both Egg and Corn Flake Mixtures.
  8. Cover and freeze for approximately 3 hours, or until firm.
  9. In a deep fryer, or heavy saucepan, fry frozen Ice Cream Balls one at a time in VERY hot oil for approximately 15 seconds each, or until golden brown.
  10. Drain Ice Cream Balls on paper towels.
  11. Serve immediately topped with chocoalte sauce and Cinnamon Chips.
  12. (Cinnamon Chip recipe below).
  13. Cut tortillas into 4 pieces (triangles).
  14. Coat bottom of frying pan with Cooking Oil.
  15. Fry Tortilla wedges until golden brown.
  16. Remove Tortilla wedges from Cooking Oil and place on paper towels.
  17. Immediately dust with Cinnamon and Sugar, to taste.
  18. Allow wedges to cool.
