Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice tomatoes
  2. Let drain salt& pepper them, in 2 seperate bowls combine flour and meal
  3. In another bowl mix eggs and milk
  4. Dip tomatoes in 1st bowl of meal and flour
  5. Then dip into egg,milk wash then back into the 2 bowl of mealand flour place in hot oil and fry till golden brown , drain on paper towels
  6. These are good with ketchup, pinto beans and cornbread or mexican cornbread.
