Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix Bacon drippings and peanut oil and heat until sizzling.
  2. Mix milk, buttermilk and 1 egg and dip sliced tomatoes in mixture.
  3. Mix flour and cornmeal and seasonings and dip tomatoes in flour.
  4. Coat toamtoes with panko and fry 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
