Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 pads butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta acording to package directions
  2. While pasta is cooking:
  3. Slice tomatoes and onion
  4. Saute together in skillet with butter, evoo, bay leaf and italian seasoning
  5. Allow to reduce
  6. Deglaze with wine and reduce, if desired
  7. Top pasta with tomatoes and fresh grated parmesan
