Fresh Tomato and Basil Quiche

  1. Grease a 10 quiche pan. Sauté the onions and garlic in oil until
  2. Slightly browned. Spread in bottom of quiche pan. Top with the cheese.
  3. Arrange tomato slices over the cheese. Top with basil. Mix the cream,
  4. Water, salt, pepper and eggs; whisk well. Pour evenly over everything in
  5. The pan.
  6. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes until knife inserted in center
  7. Comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  8. Makes 6 servings
