Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. Line a 13x9 x2 inch baking pan with foil, extending foil beyond edges........set aside.............................................
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat butter and peanut butter on medium to high for 30 seconds.......................
  4. Beat in sugars, baking powder, salt until combined....
  5. Add eggs and vanilla........beat until combined..........
  6. Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer
  7. Stir in remaining flour..............................
  8. Spread dough into prepared pan..........
  9. Bake 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean....................
  10. Cool completely on rack...........
  11. Remove from pan by lifting foil..........................
  12. Spread jam over the top of the cake...............
  13. Add strawberries over entire top...........
  14. Cutinto bars
  15. Serve at once or refrigerate up to 6 hours ............
  16. Makes 24 bars..............
  17. Cookie base can be made ahead and frozen.......................
