Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in the corn syrup and pineapple. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until it starts to thicken (this should take 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  2. Let cool before using. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks (if it lasts that long) .
