Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 2 tbsp oil, saute onion in skillet.
  2. Add pineapple, cook until softened, set aside.
  3. Combine rub ingredients and rub on breasts, coating well.
  4. Brown in oil, 3 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Add pineapple mixture back to skillet.
  6. Cover and simmer 5 minutes,, turn breasts over and cook 5 mins more serve over couscous.
