Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine peaches,1 cup sugar and water in 2 qt saucepan and mix well.
  3. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for 10 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Put butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inches baking dish and place in oven to melt.
  6. Mix remaining 1 cup sugar,flour and milk slowly to prevent lumping.
  7. Pour over butter.
  8. ********************************************************.
  9. DO NOT STIR!
  10. ********************************************************.
  11. Spoon fruit on top.
  12. Gently pour syrup over fruit.
  13. Batter will rise to top during baking.
  14. Bake 30 - 45 minute.
