  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; cool.
  2. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint.
  3. Fresh Mint-Citrus sipper by the Glass: Combine 3 tablespoons Fresh Mint Sugar Syrup; 2 tablespoons each fresh lemon, lime, and orange juice; and 3/4 cup lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled; stir mixture well.
