Ingredients:

  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • dash salt
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tea vanilla extract
  • 2 tea almond extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350* spray bundt pan with cooking spray
  2. Combine apples, 5 T sugar and 2 T cinnamon in large bowl and let stand while mixing the following:
  3. Sugar, eggs, and salt. Slowing mix in the remainder of the ingredients. Fold in apples and pour into bundt pan, bake for 70 minutes or until done. Invert and cool
