Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Blend together the sugar, oil and applesauce.
  4. Gradually beat in the eggs.
  5. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  6. Add them alternately with the apples to the egg mixture, mixing well.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Cover with the butterscotch chips.
  9. Bake 45 minutes.
