Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of milk, nonfat , fluid
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon, ground
  • 8 slices of white bread

Directions:

  1. Mix egg whites, milk and cinnamon together. Spray frying pan with nonstick spray. Dip bread in mixture and fry until golden brown
