Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place Peas, Garlic clove, Water and Shallot in pot and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain water out leaving about 1-2 cups (depending on thickness/amount preference) left in the pot.
  3. Place all in food blender/blend with stick blender until smooth.
  4. Season to taste.
