Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Rub each chicken breast with butter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Place in greased 8x8 baking dish.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, and top each breast with a slice of muenster.
  6. Pour wine evenly on top of the chicken.
  7. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
