Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. 1. Place the first 7 ingredients in bread machine in suggested by your manufacturer.
  2. 2. Select dough cycle.
  3. 3. Turn out finished dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 5 - 10 times.
  4. 4. Seperate with into 2-3 pieces to make a braid or into eight pices and shape into balls.
  5. 5. When you have shaped the balls place them into a greased loaf pan, on top of each other or if you want to braid then braid and place on baking sheet to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 dgerees C) Whisk together 1 egg white and the 2 tablespoons water and brush onto the top of the loaf.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven until deep golden brown, about 20 minutes.
