Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  2. Beat eggs, flour, buttermilk, salt and Tabasco and set aside.
  3. Toss cheeses together and reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
  4. In casserole dish, layer the chilies and cheeses several times ending with the chilies on top.
  5. Pour egg mixture over casserole.
  6. Bake 35-40 min at 350*.
  7. Add remaining cheese for topping in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Garnish with tomatoes and serve.
