Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 2 small green peppers , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cups diced pared potatoes
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 lb frank, cut in 1/2-inch slices

Directions:

  1. Cook the onion in the butter until tender.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and pour into 111/2 X 71/2 baking dish; cover w/ aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 350F 11/4 hours.
