Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein shrimp; leave tails intact.
  2. Combine grapefruit juice and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add shrimp; toss well.
  4. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade.
  6. Thread shrimp evenly onto 4 (10-inch) metal skewers.
  7. Coat shrimp with cooking spray.
  8. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals.
  9. Place skewers on rack; grill, covered, 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
  10. Serve over hot cooked rice.
