  1. 1.Heat oil in a nonstick 10 inch skillet. Add peppers, onions, and garlic; saute 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add worchestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 mins, stirrnig frequently.
  3. 3. add ground pepper, stir and serve.
