Florida Orange Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix, orange juice, eggs, water and oil.
  2. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 in baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toopick comes clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. Frosting:.
  8. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Beat in the orange marmalade and confectioners' sugar.
  10. Spread over cake.
  11. Keep in refrigerator.
