Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 th tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all together until smooth. Roll fish or shrimp into plain flour before dipping into the batter.
  2. Deep fry
