This is an excellent batter that will cling to your fish so that it won't fall off when you cut into it. It makes a wonderful crispy covering
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/8th tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Mix all together until smooth. Roll fish or shrimp into plain flour before dipping into the batter.
2. Deep fry
