Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast all ingredients except garlic and cilantro on the grill till cooked through and slightly blackened.
  2. Chop onions and cilantro in food processor; set aside.
  3. When all the ingredients on the grill are thoroughly cooked, chop in food processor.
  4. Combine all ingredients together.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
