Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400*
  2. Put the margarine/butter in a pie pan, put in the oven and melt the butter.
  3. While the butter is melting, Whisk together the eggs and milk. add the flour and salt.
  4. Pour over the melted butter in the pie pan. Bake for 30 min. our until puffed and golden.
