Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large heat-proof bowl,combine fruit and 2Tbs sugar. In a saucepan,combine cornstarch and juice till smooth. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till thickened. Remove from heat;cool 10 mins. Pour over fruit;toss to coat.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve in dessert dishes,top with ice cream or frozen yogurt if desired.
