Directions:

  1. Quarter the figs.
  2. Combine with vinegar, honey and salt (or salty cheese. Omit the salt if you use salty cheese).
  3. Season with fresh ground pepper.
  4. Top with the almonds. (Shouldn't take even 10 minutes!)
