  2. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
  3. Cut your French Break into 1/2 slices and arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake until golden brown but not burnt.
  5. Top each cristini with a layer of goat cheese, fig preserves and the caramelized onions
