Fenugreek Sautee Apples

Ingredients:

  • a few crunchy green apple
  • 4 tbsp sweet butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Peel apples, slice them into 1/4 inch slices
  2. Melt butter and place apples in them with honey
  3. Let these cook on medium heat for about 10 min, taste a apple and make sure its heated a not mushy but not raw
  4. Now add the fenugreek and cinnamon
  5. **fenugreek has a fragrant essance of maple and wild flowers its like a wonderful strong curry honey its sweet yet savory a it has a must like cumin and its a strong flavor that goes well with lots of other sweet and savory flavors, i can only find it online but it cost me about 2 dollars a pound and a pound of this will last about a year for me
  6. Let this cook for about another 2 min, but dont let the apples get mushy
  7. I love this over vanilla ice cream or spooned inside a puff pastry cup ooh la la this is yum-o
