Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger and onions in large deep sided skillet.
  2. In the mean time prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package. (or boil and mash as usual for non-instant potatoes) set aside.
  3. When hamburger is browned through add cream style corn to skillet, warm through on med. heat. stirring occasionally.
  4. Slice bread or toast (if desired) in half, place on plate or in large bowl, place mashed potatoes in the middle and spoon mix from skillet over the top.(as much or as little as desired).
  5. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
