Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Brown mushrooms halfway. thick sliced or quartered mushrooms are better.
  3. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper- cook about 7 minutes until they start to sweat.
  4. Add can of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  5. Stir.
  6. Reduce heat to a simmer, let cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. If sauce is too think, add some milk or water to thin it out.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss with warm pasta.
  10. Sauce will thicken as it cools. sauce should be thick.
  11. Sauce is better the next day ;).
