  3. Cheese.
  4. Pepperoni.
  5. Eggplant skinned, and grilled, cut into strips.
  6. Mushrooms.
  7. Onions.
  8. Optional jalapeno peppers chopped fine.
  9. Basil, salt and pepper.
  10. Olive oil (drizzled over pizza).
  11. Cook at 450 for 8 minutes.
