Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash tomatoes and lettuce thoroughly
  2. Heat non-stick pan to medium
  3. Remove yolks from 2 eggs
  4. Use non-stick cooking spray on pan once heat is reached
  5. Add egg whites to pan
  6. Toast bread
  7. Slice tomatoes
  8. Flip eggs once to cook both sides evenly.
  9. Place eggs on toast
  10. Add tomatoes and cover with lettuce
