Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover the strawberries with sugar.
  2. Let sit 15 minutes. (or at least that is how long it took for me to give up on the other recipe and throw this together).
  3. Whip the cream, jam, and vanilla together.
  4. Drain the strawberries (some of the sugar will stick to the bottom).
  5. Take half the whipped cream and fold into the strawberries.
  6. Place in dessert cups.
  7. Top with the rest of the whipped cream.
  8. Chill at least 1 hour.
