Ingredients:

  • 16 oz crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine and gently mix crab meat, mayo, old bay in a bowl.
  2. Texture should be lumpy and sticky.
  3. Add mayo to taste.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. *see the crab cakes based on this recipe!
